Passo 1 Pré-aqueça o forno a 180 ºC. Passo 2 Lave as batatas e coloque-as ao lume em água abundante. Tempere com metade do sal e deixe cozer durante 45 minutos. Passo 3 Escorra as batatas e deixe arrefecer. Passo 4 Coloque as batatas num tabuleiro de forno e esmague ligeiramente com um garfo. Regue com o azeite e salpique com o restante sal.
